The Grind

Work out with our resident firefighter and trainer, Adam “The Lake” Lake, for everything fitness under the sun. This is a 60 minute training session not for the faint of heart involving cardio and strength. This is an advanced class.  Before taking this class, you should have completed six weeks at AS ONE


“You can do anything for a minute” – well maybe not!  Mondays will put that to the test with everything lasting a minute.


60 minutes of strength and conditioning will address your body AS ONE. We have a 100% satisfaction from every tired muscle we’ve worked!

Obstacle Course Race Training

Put your training to the ultimate test! Join the AS ONE Fitness OCR team and run Spartan Races, Battlefrog and Civilian Military Combine together!

Cardio Strength

Split Squats, Pushups, Pullups, and Knee Tucks mixed in with our signature machines.


Do as many rounds as possible with everything  except the kitchen sink.


Every minute on the minute reach the prescribed goal!  One of the most effective ways to up your fitness.

Bulletproof Core

Core training at its greatest – all the exercises that ensure a rock solid core.  All the while improving your Cardio.

Circuit Training

Every exercise, every machine in every conceivable interval.  Intense!
