One more day away from shoulder work to rest the bicep tendon.  So,

4/5 Pullups OTM for 10 minutes, followed by

10 Snatches OTM with the 28kg KB for 10 minutes, followed by

3 reps of Step Back Lunge with 48kg KB for 10 minutes.

Sequence repeated twice for 60 minutes
