Today focusing on big moves

  1. Deadlift – 5×5 on 3 minutes with 70% 1RM  – 300 lbs pull quickly
  2. Get Ups – EMOM for 20 minutes with 100lbs
  3. Jacobs Ladder – 10 rounds of 45 seconds on / 15 seconds off – total feet climbed 825 feet.
